Log Files
DatingAI Pro follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Sponsored Placements in Chat (Zeekend)
Some of our AI chat features may show a clearly labelled "Sponsored" suggestion inside the conversation. These placements are served by our advertising partner Zeekend (zeekend.com). Zeekend acts as a data processor, and where relevant a sub-processor, on our behalf under a data processing agreement. It matches the subject of the conversation against advertiser campaigns and returns either a suggestion or nothing at all, which is the outcome on most turns.
For this purpose, and only for the turn you are on, we send Zeekend the following: the text of your most recent message, the text of the assistant's reply to that message, a randomly generated session identifier that is not linked to your account, your approximate language or locale setting, and our own publisher identifier. Nothing is sent until you send a message, and no placement is requested on the first turn of a conversation.
We do not send Zeekend your name, email address, phone number, account or user identifier, password, payment details, cookies, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location, any images or screenshots you upload, or any earlier part of your conversation. Zeekend's reporting dashboard receives only aggregate counts of requests, views and clicks, together with the advertiser name and the headline that was shown, and never the content of your conversation.
Please note that the message text described above is whatever you have typed or pasted into the chat. It may therefore itself contain personal information about you or about other people, for example if you paste in a conversation you have had with someone else. Please do not enter anything into the chat that you would not want shared for this purpose.
These in-chat placements do not use cookies or tracking pixels to build a profile of you across other websites, and they are not personalised using your account history. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with equivalent rules, you may withdraw your consent to this processing, or object to it, at any time by writing to support@datingai.pro. You can review Zeekend's own privacy practices at https://zeekend.com.
